Lion walking to right; above, ‘lā ilāha illā Allāh [Muḥammad] / rasūl Allāh’ (‘There is no deity but Allah. Muhammad is the messenger of Allah’ in Arabic). Rev. ‘[Hakanu] / Ariba / Argunu / Deledkeguluk’ (‘Struck by Arghun, the vice-regal governor of the Khan’ in Uighur); ‘ḍarb Ṭūs’ (‘Struck in Tus’ in Arabic); ‘Arghūn’ in Arabic below the field; all within a dotted circle.
